Expanding our reach within the Caribbean, CHI partnered with Hands International for a specialized medical mission, bringing essential health services to underservedcommunities across the islands.
2024 Kendy Bay, Kenya (Kendu Adventist Mission Hospital
Building on a decade of partnership, CHI collaborated with Hands International on a 95-volunteer strong mission. The team delivered free medical and surgical care to 5,340 patients, further strengthening the local healthcare infrastructure.
2020 Global Pandemic Response
In response to the COVID-19 crisis, CHI shifted focus to community protection, leading a comprehensive Prevention Education and Vaccination Drive to support vulnerable populations during the height of the pandemic.
2018 Kendy Bay, Kenya (Kendu Adventist Mission Hospital
CHI took a leadership role in coordinating an 86-volunteer mission alongside Hands International. This high-impact engagement served 5,860 patients, providing essential medical care and life-changing surgical procedures.
2013 Kisii, Kenya (Hema Hospital)
CHI board members joined a robust 70-person volunteer team in collaboration with JNN Foundation and Hands International. The mission provided free medical assistance to nearly 4,000 patients and successfully completed 14 critical surgical cases.
